How do I request a new certificate for a co-owned alpaca?
The owner needing the replacement certificate will need to fill out and sign the top portion of the Verification of Lost Document Form located on our website under ARI Member Forms and submit the associated fees. A Registration Certificate Replacement Fee will apply for the new certificate and reprint fees will apply for the additional owner certificates. In order to reprint the certificates, we require all copies of the certificate be mailed into our office.

I never received my certificate of registration. Can I request a certificate replacement?
The ARI office must be notified within 90 days from the date a certificate is mailed from our office that it was not received to get a replacement certificate. After 90 days the certificate is considered a lost document and the Verification of Lost Document Form and appropriate fees will be required. Please contact the ARI office for more information.
